If your number one priority is to get ripped abs, you should first of all not understimate how your normal strength training activities matter indeed (when looking at your current fitness program). One of the biggest misconceptions about getting ripped abs is that you must spend thousands of hours doing ab work alone. It is NOT true!
Steps
- The very first step in getting ripped abs is do 30-60 crunches and side crunches a day for 3 weeks.
- To develop ripped abs, your priority is to get your body fat level low enough in order for them to be seen clearly.
- After 3 weeks look in the mirror look at your nice abs!
- If you want to keep them keep up the routine for the next 2 months.
- Not only will this provide you with a far better whole body workout without wasting too much time on needless exercises, but it will also help you achieve that ripped abs look that you are willing to achieve.
- Lastly, keep in mind that ripped abs and strong abs can mean different things. If you do a great deal of abdominal work, the consequence might be that your ab muscles grow larger, thus giving you the appearance of a wider waist. Unless the body fat levels are not low again, you'll just end up looking bigger in the middle, rather than more defined.
Tips
- keep your breath in when going up, when you are going down breath out so you can feel the burn
- you should lift some weights to burn calries to help show your abs more
- do not forget to run, if you cannot run swim to burn fat to also show your abs even more
- eat healthy if you don't, otherwise you won't see any difference!
